We went to the local amusement park on Saturday for Eric’s company picnic - for several days Lydia has been saying she was going to be brave and go on the log ride this year. Well she did! You know how some rides take your picture as you come down the big hill? Here’s Lydia (Allison is in front, then Lydia, then me, then Meredith) coming down the big hill

Daddy was in another canoe with Drew - Chris left early because of his leg, and Drew stayed with us until we left...we didn't think we would all fit in one boat, and both Drew and Meredith wanted to be in the back, Allison wanted to be in the front, and Allison and Lydia wanted to be with me, Lydia did not want to be in front, so that's how it all worked out ;-)
Meredith's face is hilarious too. She said she was afraid she was going to fall into me. And Allison looks like she is biting the boat ;-)
